Refund policy
At Century Carbon we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Changing your Mind / Right to Cancel
If you change your mind for any reason, goods can be returned to us for a full refund if notified to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% subject to compliance with EU distance selling regulations for consumer purchases. The restocking fee is due to the administration costs and credit / debit card surcharges that are incurred in processing the order. You are responsible for returning the items to us in perfect condition at your expense. Please ensure any returned items are packaged properly as if any item is damaged it cannot be accepted for return. Carriage charges cannot be refunded once the order has been despatched from Century Carbon.
Damaged or faulty goods
Upon receiving your order please inspect and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If either of the above circumstances are applicable and you wish to start a return, you can contact us at sales@centurycarbon.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). We also cannot offer returns for any decals which are incorrectly applied by the user, unless proven to be faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about the exchange request you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
