Shipping policy
At Century Carbon we aim to get your orders delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We predominately use Royal Mail as our chosen carrier. Orders will be shipped the same day where possible, and within a maximum period of 1-2 working days.
UK deliveries are shipped using royal mail first class delivery.
Delays / Loss In Transit
If an order is delayed by a courier we will endeavour to keep you informed and chase up the courier on your behalf. If a courier informs us that a consignment is damaged or lost we will, at our expense send out a replacement using the same type of delivery service as the original order.
Customs and import fees
Depending on the geographical location of the shipping address, different shipping fees will be charged. Customs and import fees of the destination country however are not covered by the purchase. Depending on the policy of the destination country, different fees might be charged and calculated based on the total value of the ordered goods. These charges are not covered by Century Carbon. Please inform yourself about the import and customs regulations of your destination country before ordering online. Items purchased in our online shop are shipped from the United Kingdom.
